Mastering the two skills that shape a happy life

In our last issue, Tony reminded us that happiness isn’t something you find—it’s something you create. Everyone has seen people who hit every goal imaginable but still feel empty inside. Why does this happen? Because there's a big difference between achieving and feeling fulfilled.

To bridge that gap, we need to master two skills for an extraordinary life: the science of achievement and the art of fulfillment.

Two Master Skills

Watch time: 8 min | Two master skills with Tony

Achievement is a science—it has clear rules. Looking to achieve freedom, a fit body, or a thriving career? Model someone who’s already done it, make massive shifts, adjust your strategy based on results, and repeat. Achievement is a science because it requires mastering the proven formulas for success.

But fulfillment? That’s an art. And it’s different for each of us because it comes down to aligning your actions with what lights you up. Fulfillment happens when you build your life intentionally around your deepest values and passions—not just chasing what society calls success. It’s living by design, not by default.

So, just achieving goals isn’t enough—or as Tony puts it, “Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.” Every step closer to mastering these two skills is progress, no matter how small. And remember, progress equals happiness—every step forward energizes you, creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

This week, it’s time to practice both skills:

  • Identify one area of life and take massive action today to move closer to achieving it.
  • Reflect on one thing that genuinely fulfills you—something uniquely meaningful—and deliberately incorporate more of it into your daily life.

So, here’s your challenge: Where are you focused on just achievement—and missing the art? What’s one area you can grow in this week to create an extraordinary life?

The power of choosing joy—Even in the hardest moment

Choosing Joy

What if the hardest season of your life became the doorway to the greatest joy?

Siri Lindley is no stranger to pain. A world champion triathlete and a longtime peak performance strategist with Tony Robbins, Siri has trained her mind to go the distance. But nothing could have prepared her for the diagnosis that changed everything: a rare and aggressive form of leukemia.

Doctors gave her a 10% chance of survival. Most people would have crumbled. But Siri chose something radically different: She chose happiness.

She danced in the hospital hallways. She flooded her mind with empowering thoughts. She refused to surrender to fear. “If I’m going to go out,” she said, “I’m going out with love, joy, and gratitude.”

It wasn’t toxic positivity—it was mental conditioning. The same mindset tools she’d practiced through years of work with Tony became her lifeline. And when her body wanted to give up, her soul said, “not yet.”

Siri didn’t just survive—she thrived. And now, her story is coming to life in a powerful upcoming documentary that reminds us of a truth we all need to hear:

Happiness isn’t something that happens to you.

It’s something you choose—moment by moment, breath by breath, even in the darkest night.

Because you are not your circumstances. You are the meaning you give them. And as Siri shows us, when you choose love over fear, gratitude over anger, joy over despair—you don’t just survive. You come alive.

Stay tuned for the release of Siri Lindley’s upcoming documentary. It’s a love letter to resilience—and a reminder that happiness is always within reach.

To overcoming,

Team Tony Robbins

P.S. Remember, happiness isn’t based on your circumstances, but how you choose to respond to them.
