Have you ever heard of Quitters Day?
It’s the second Friday of January—the day many people give up on their New Year’s resolutions. Why? Unrealistic goals, no game plan, or frustration from not seeing results fast enough.
But here’s the deal: you don’t have to be part of that statistic.
Start small. Set goals that are achievable and build momentum one step at a time. Progress beats perfection, and each win, no matter how small, adds up to big results.
As Tony would say, when you truly resolve, you're all in.

DEEP DIVE WITH TONY
Your 5 keys to rise in 2025
I came up with these keys when I was at a place in life that I’d consider to be rock bottom. I’d been kicked out of my house, I was living in a friend’s laundry room, and knew I needed a plan that I could do every single day to get my life back on track.
I knew I needed more than just drive—because motivation wanes and willpower runs out.
These five keys became my foundation for rising above any challenge, and they're exactly what I'm using to make 2025 extraordinary:
1. Feed your mind
Stand guard at the door of your mind. My original mentor Jim Rohn taught me that. In today's world of social media and news designed to hook and enrage you, it's crucial to be vigilant about what you consume. Growing up without role models, I turned to books—studying great leaders, businesspeople, and philanthropists. Take charge of your internal world; even 30 minutes of reading or an audiobook during your daily routine can transform your mindset.
2. Strengthen your body
By training your body, doing what's hard, and pushing past your limitations, you teach your mind that you don't negotiate with it. When you say go, we go. Every morning, I plunge into 56-degree water—not because it's fun, but because I'm training both body and mind to embrace discomfort and grow stronger.
3. Find a great role model
Success leaves clues. I modeled Sir John Templeton, who started with nothing and became a billionaire investor and incredible philanthropist. When you have a true north—a role model—you shortcut years of struggle. Study not just what they achieved but how they did it.
4. Proximity is power
Surround yourself with people who are out of your league. Why? Because who you spend time with is who you become. If you play tennis against someone worse than you, you'll never improve. Step into rooms that challenge you. Success is contagious when you're in the right environment.
And if you’re reading this and thinking, I don’t have access to these sorts of people, I’ve developed a special event so anyone can surround themselves with other heart-centric, goal-oriented people.
Now, let’s discover the fifth and most powerful key to rising beyond any challenge in 2025.

This powerful "pre-mortem" technique helps him work backward from his vision to create actionable steps. It's a fascinating approach to turning big dreams into reality, especially as we step into 2025.

🧬 Breakthrough: A historic shift in food safety—the FDA just banned Red No. 3, a synthetic dye used in thousands of foods since 1907. After decades of consumer advocacy, this cancer-linked additive will be removed from our food supply by 2027. It's a powerful reminder that persistent voices can create lasting change.

The fifth key to rise this year
The last of the 5 keys is also my favorite. To all the achievers like me out there reading this—do not miss this one.
5. Give more than you expect to receive
At 11 years old, a stranger fed my family on Thanksgiving. That single act transformed me. Even when I had no money, I found a way to feed struggling families. Now, my goal has expanded to provide over 100 billion meals worldwide.
In 2025, you must also find a way to add value to others. Your skills, your time, your passion—the world needs them. When you give to others, you feed your soul.
And next week, my team will share how to turn your biggest dreams into moonshot goals that can transform not just your year, but your entire decade! You won't want to miss it.
The 5 keys are in your hands—now it’s time to unlock the doors to the next 12 months of your life.
I'm cheering you on every step of the way,
