“There was a moment at the seminar where it was so clear to me,” Mike shared. “You’re either going to do what you can to create this part of your life [the love, the intimacy], or life is going to keep reminding you this is not the path you’re supposed to be on.”

What defines your character, your life, and your destiny, is how you respond when things don’t go well.
At Team Tony, we've found one of the most powerful ways to rise above any challenge is to create your own personal “Code of Conduct.” Your Code of Conduct is how you choose how to be. Not just once, but every day. It's how you stop reacting to life and start proactively shaping it.
Think about it: Most of us know what we want—success, impact, love, abundance—but we rarely consider WHO we need to be to make that happen.
Instead of waiting for a “perfect moment,” you can decide right now: This is how I’m going to live every day no matter what. That’s your Code of Conduct—an internal compass that keeps you aligned no matter what storms appear.
Your Code of Conduct is simply a list of ways of being. Start with what moves you and who you will be. Will you be loving? Will you be courageous? Will you be bold? Playful? Or present?
These aren’t just words—they’re states of being that shape how you respond to the world. While you can’t control the outside world, you can always master your inner world.
One that we at Team Tony love is, “Be present.” Often, we’re so busy “doing” that we forget to “be.”
